This study is looking for participants that match the following criteria: • Age 18 years old and up • Reside in Ontario. • Fluent in English • Experience participating in psychotherapy and/or online psychotherapy tools/programs. • Able to provide autonomous informed consent • Willing to participate in an interview lasting 60-90 minutes, to share opinions on a proposed intervention.

In brief, this study will be utilizing a brief 5-minute Qualtrics survey and subsequent 30-60-minute interview on Microsoft Teams to explore the beliefs, knowledge, and prenatal physical activity prescription practices of Canadian general practitioners, nurse practitioners, midwives, and physician's assistants. The purpose of this study is to explore this area of inquiry to expand upon the current literature regarding provider beliefs, knowledge and practices from a Canadian perspective and lay the groundwork for future studies.

We are asking you to complete a 20-minute online survey to help us understand your experience treating migrant workers locally. The survey asks you to reflect on barriers you faced when treating this population and your feelings about the situation. Participation in this study will require a telephone interview lasting approximately 5-10 minutes. Subsequently, participants will be sent an online questionnaire lasting approximately 20 minutes. Participants will also be invited to complete a second 30-minute session one month later.

For this study, you will first be screened for eligibility. Then, you would fill out some questionnaires on your mood and rumination and complete a memory task four times within a week. All tests would be done online, so you could participate in this study from your own home.
