Emma Mineau is a Regional Program Coordinator at Windsor Regional Hospital, supporting the delivery and improvement of organized cancer services across Windsor‑Essex, Chatham‑Kent, and Sarnia‑Lambton. She earned her B.Sc. in Biochemistry and her M.Sc. in Translational Health Sciences from the University of Windsor.

Emma’s work spans clinical research coordination, health systems research, and quality improvement. She has led mental health research funded by the WE‑SPARK Igniting Discovery Grant, contributed to peer‑reviewed publications, and presented her work at academic conferences. She also supervises student researchers, supporting training in applied health research and data analysis.
