Dr. Karamjeet K. Dhillon is the Director of Research and Innovation at St. Clair College. Her work explores lived experience through sensory ethnography and post-intentional phenomenology, grounded in her conceptual framework The Body as a Knowledge Incubator®, which examines how movement, creativity, and embodied perception generate knowledge. She works at the intersection of qualitative inquiry, arts-based methods, and applied research, with a focus on inclusive and community-engaged approaches.
Dr. Dhillon's research often centres underserved populations, including immigrants and refugees, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, neuro-diverse groups, and global Indigenous cultures.
An award-winning researcher, she brings over a decade of experience in program evaluation, organizational change, and community-driven project development, and has supported numerous organizations in securing major grants to advance their work.
