Neelu Sehgal is the Chief Nursing Executive and Program Development Officer at Erie Shores HealthCare. She earned her RN diploma from John Abbott College, her B.Sc. in Nursing from the University of Ottawa, and her Master’s in Educational Psychology & Counselling from McGill University. She is a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario and has received recognitions including the Transformative Change Award and the Bright Lights Award for leadership in community and primary care.

Neelu has held progressive leadership roles across hospital, regional, and community health systems, focusing on integrated care, clinical operations, and patient‑centred program development. She has contributed to peer‑reviewed publications on critical care outreach, admission and discharge models, and virtual intensivist support, reflecting her commitment to improving care delivery and system performance
