Emergency situations in hospitals require quick decisions, clear communication, and effective teamwork. This project will test whether virtual reality (VR) training can help healthcare teams improve their response during emergency situations. Teams will take part in hospital simulation exercises and then receive either standard training or additional VR-based practice. The study will evaluate how easy VR is to use in a rural hospital setting and whether it helps teams respond more quickly, follow procedures more consistently, and work together more effectively.

By testing virtual reality as a practical training tool, this project could help healthcare teams prepare for emergencies more effectively and improve patient care during critical situations.
