To support the continued growth and impact of health research in Windsor-Essex, WE-SPARK Health Institute is launching a new Research Program Lead model. This initiative will strengthen leadership, collaboration, and strategic alignment across WE-SPARK's key research pillars:

• Behavioural & Brain Health
• Cancer
• Community Health & Well-Being

Beginning with the Cancer Research Program, WE-SPARK is seeking two Program Leads (one academic and one clinical) who will work in partnership to advance cancer research excellence across the region. Together, they will help cultivate collaborations, support investigator and trainee success, identify emerging opportunities, and drive initiatives that enhance the impact and sustainability of cancer research within the WE-SPARK network.
