Angela Ciotoli is a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner at Erie Shores HealthCare and a Clinical NP Preceptor with the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Nursing. She holds an MSc in Nursing from the University of Toronto and a BScN from the University of Windsor, with more than a decade of NP experience across internal medicine, critical care, community mental health, and MAID services.

Angela’s research focuses on improving access to care and strengthening patient outcomes in primary care, critical care, and palliative and end‑of‑life settings. She leads the development of a critical care outreach program aimed at supporting bedside nurses in early recognition of patient deterioration and streamlining access to critical resources. Her recent work includes studies on virtual intensivist support and critical care outreach models in rural hospitals, reflecting her commitment to evidence‑informed, patient‑centred care.
