Vanessa Trocchi is the Systems and Policy Administrator at Erie Shores HealthCare. She holds a Master of Health Information Science and an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University.

Vanessa’s research focuses on health information science, digital health communication, and the role of social media in shaping health knowledge and support networks. Her work examines how influencers build trust and credibility in online health communities, particularly around conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
