David Potocek is the Project Research Manager in Research & Innovation at St. Clair College, where he supports applied research in community health and social sciences. He completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Education at the University of Windsor, and is currently a PhD Candidate in Educational Studies specializing in disability studies in higher education.
David’s research focuses on reciprocal learning, bilingual immersion, and equity‑driven post‑secondary education. For more than a decade, he has contributed to the SSHRC‑funded Canada–China Reciprocal Learning Program as a co‑investigator, author, and program implementer, with publications in the Palgrave Macmillan series. At St. Clair College, he also teaches and supports learners in ACE, CICE, and community studies programs, bringing extensive experience in inclusive education and community‑based research.
