Catherine Taylor is a Clinical Practice Manager at Erie Shores HealthCare. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Medical Science and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western University, along with an M.Sc. in Aging and Health from Queen’s University. She holds certifications in critical care nursing, advanced cardiac and pediatric life support, serious illness conversations, and nurse educator training.

Catherine's work focuses on advancing clinical education, improving nursing practice, and strengthening patient‑care systems. She has led initiatives in immersive virtual‑reality simulation, structured clinical education programming, policy development, and documentation standardization.
