Dr. Yanhong Li is an Assistant Professor at the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Statistics, Master of Science in Management, and PhD in Management specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources from the University of Windsor.

Dr. Li's research interest include workplace courage, employee well-being, work-family dynamics, and equity, diversity, and inclusion.
