Dr. Andrew Perrotta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Windsor and Director of the Sport Science Laboratory within the Centre for Human Performance and Health. His research focuses on sport science and sport medicine, with an emphasis on applying physiological, biomechanical, and wearable technology approaches to enhance health, athletic performance, and injury prevention.
He holds a PhD in Experimental Medicine from the University of British Columbia, along with graduate training in kinesiology and applied exercise physiology from the University of Calgary (M.Kin), and undergraduate training in kinesiology from the University of Guelph (B.A.Sc).
