Bio

Dr. Linda MacDougall is a registered nurse with over 35 years of experience in acute care, critical care, public health, and education, where she has served as a staff nurse, public health nurse, health consultant, supervisor, and educator. She holds a PhD in Nursing from Western University, a Master of Education from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western University, and an RN Diploma from St. Clair College.

Dr. MacDougall’s research focuses on the mental health and well-being of healthcare workers, interprofessional relationships and conflict within healthcare teams, and innovative approaches to nursing education, including simulation-based clinical training.
