Jenniffer Clifford is the Operations & Clinical Practice Manager, Specialized Geriatrics, at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare and serves as the Specialized Geriatrics Lead for the Erie St. Clair region. A registered social worker with over 21 years of experience, she has provided high-quality health care services and clinical support to diverse patient populations across a variety of settings and sectors. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor, as well as a Diploma in Developmental Service Work from St. Clair College.

Jenniffer’s expertise includes specialized geriatrics with a focus on complex medical and mental health needs, dual diagnosis and intellectual disabilities, and navigating the Ontario health system.
