Dr. Natalie Giannotti is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Windsor. She earned her PhD in Nursing from Western University, a Master of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Windsor, a Nursing Diploma from St. Clair College, and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor.

Her research focuses on gestational diabetes, diabetes prevention, health promotion, medication incident reporting, patient safety and safer healthcare systems, the impact of leadership in nursing, and best practices in nursing education.
