Dr. Patti Millar is an associate professor in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Windsor. She earned her PhD in Sport Management from Western University, a Master of Arts in Applied Health Science (Sport Management) from Brock University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Her research focuses on the management and development of non-profit and community sport, including organizational capacity building, workforce development, policy implementation, community sport participation, and using sport as a tool for social change.
