First-generation and economically marginalized students often face added pressures that can affect their mental health, education, and career goals. This project will engage students and community partners to identify priorities and inform the design of future research focused on the challenges these students experience. The goal is to support the development of more effective programs and services that help students succeed in education and employment.
By centering student voices, this work will help universities, community organizations, and workforce partners better understand the needs of underserved students and guide future supports and services.
