Dr. Jessica Kichler is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Windsor. Dr. Kichler completed her MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology at Kent State University in Ohio, USA.
Dr. Kichler's research interests include pediatric health psychology, especially in Type 1 Diabetes and young adult transition to adulthood. She conducts clinical interventions and explores psychosocial adjustment and coping with medical conditions in youth and their families. In addition, She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist in the US; therefore, she is very involved in diabetes education practices and appreciate working collaboratively in interdisciplinary settings.
