Dr. Swati Mehta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology, Faculty of Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor an a Registered Psychotherapist. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on digital rehabilitation and health informatics, with an emphasis on supporting mental health, chronic pain, and recovery for individuals with neurological conditions. Using technologies such as virtual reality, mobile health applications, and serious e-games, Dr. Mehta advances patient-oriented, inclusive approaches to care. She brings strong expertise in implementation science to translate research into sustainable, real-world programs and is actively involved in national, provincially funded initiatives and mentorship across clinical and community settings.
