Dr. Nazha Gali is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor, and a Research Faculty at the Institute for Research on Innovation & Science (IRIS), University of Michigan. She earned her PhD in Management and Entrepreneurship from Durham University Business School, UK, in 2018, receiving the Outstanding Thesis Award. Dr. Gali’s research focuses on entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, leadership, gender, and team dynamics. She is skilled in mixed research methods, econometric analysis, and secondary data analysis, and has published in peer-reviewed journals, presented at international conferences, and supervised award-winning undergraduate research projects.
