Environmental stressors such as extreme weather, heat waves, and poor air quality can affect people's health and well-being. This project will
explore whether these factors may also influence rates of intimate partner violence in the Windsor-Essex region. Researchers will review existing
evidence, work with community partners, and examine local service-use data alongside environmental conditions to look for possible connections. The findings will help guide future research and support efforts to improve prevention, safety, and community services.
