People living with a spinal cord injury often lose access to rehabilitation support after returning home. This project will create and test an online platform that helps people monitor their health, access resources, connect with peers, and contribute information that can improve care. Designed with input from people with lived experience and health-care partners, the platform will be tested to see how easy it is to use and whether it helps people stay connected and engaged over time.
By bringing together health information, support resources, and community connections in one place, this project could help create a better
system for learning how to improve care and quality of life for people living with spinal cord injury.
