Registration is now open for HDGH's 2024 IN-PERSON Geriatric Conference, which will be held on Saturday, February 24th from 8:00am to 1:00pm, exploring medical topics related to the aging population. Attendees of the 2024 conference will hear from specialists who will present on topics relevant to the day-to-day practice of community family physicians.
