The healthcare supply chain is unsurprisingly facing particularly acute disruptions amid the global health crisis, with significant impacts to how hospitals and other facilities source, procure and manage inventory of necessary medical equipment to combat the virus (Pymnts, 2020). On another aspect, in an effort to prevent further spread of COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus outbreak, many Canadians are at home for the foreseeable future. Building an effective community supply network to deliver drugs or other service is important (Meng, et al. 2020). The overall goal of this project is to improve the healthcare supply chain and logistics for the equipment and materials under COVID-19 outbreak and establish drug or healthcare related community supply network to reduce the risk of COVID 2019 spread in community.
