The Centre for Translational Cancer Research is hosting a one-day Symposium on Tuesday February 1, 2022 and is inviting trainees to submit an abstract for presentation during the conference.
The Scientific Planning Committee has set aside 45 minutes of the agenda and will be inviting the trainees with the top 3 abstracts (9 total) from the following categories (Cancer Immunotherapy, Immunology and Immuno-Imaging) to present their research virtually for 5 minutes (allowing for a 1-minute question & answer period). Abstracts not selected for oral presentations will be asked to present their research in an online poster format (format to be determined).
All interested trainees are asked to submit their abstract (500 words or less; 1 Figure allowed) via email to Kimberly.Scott@lhsc.on.ca by Friday, Noon EST, January 7, 2022. Please specify in the subject line if you would like to be considered for the Immunology session, Cancer Immunotherapy session or Immuno-Imaging session.
Presenters will be notified after January 13 by email, at which time additional details will be provided.
The Immuno-Oncology Symposium offers a great opportunity for trainees to showcase their work to researchers and clinicians from a broad range of backgrounds here in London and abroad.
