Grant Reporting & Outcomes

As part of their grant obligations, WE-SPARK Health Institute requires grant recipients to submit a final report and encourages them to share the outcomes, impacts, and achievements of their funded projects. These stories, metrics, and successes help demonstrate the value of research in Windsor-Essex, strengthen support from partners and funders, and inspire future investment in health research.

Share Your Project Metrics

At the completion of your WE-SPARK-funded project, please submit a final project report using the link below.

This report is separate from the Research Ethics Board (REB) reporting requirements and is intended to be a community-friendly product that captures the outcomes and impact of your project. Reports may take a variety of formats, such as a short video (under 1-minute), infographic, poster, one-page report, or another format that highlights project outcomes.

We also encourage grant recipients to complete our brief project metrics questionnaire. This information helps us demonstrate the reach and impact of the WE-SPARK Grants Program and may be featured on the WE-SPARK website.

The questionnaire also includes an option to upload your final project report, allowing you to submit both your report and project metrics through a single form if preferred.

Help Us Keep Your Impact Story Current

Research impact often continues long after a project has ended. We encourage grant recipients to share ongoing achievements related to their WE-SPARK-funded work, including publications, awards and recognition, additional funding secured, trainee achievements, community partnerships, change of practice, knowledge translation, and other project outcomes and impacts.

These updates help ensure that WE-SPARK can accurately capture and celebrate the lasting impact of research in our region.
