Participants from oncology departments, mental health services, rehabilitation specialists, and community health organizations, including Windsor Regional Hospital, Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare, and the Canadian Cancer Society, are encouraged to join us in shaping the future of post-treatment care by contributing valuable insights toward developing comprehensive survivorship care programs.
